Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We are pleased to offer shipping within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our boutique in Fairmont, WV.
- Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): Flat rate of $8.00
- Free Shipping: On orders over $100
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): Available at a rate of $15.00
Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed during business hours: Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
- We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on Sundays or Mondays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your package’s delivery status.
Local Pickup (In-Store Pickup)
If you’re located near our boutique in Fairmont, WV, we offer a free in-store pickup option:
- Simply select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout.
- We will notify you via email or phone once your order is ready for pickup, usually within 1-2 business days.
- Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back for updates, as we are working on expanding our shipping options.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately at savvyconsignmentwv@gmail.com or call 304-367-9099. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that all sales are final due to the nature of consignment shopping. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
